The Mother and Daughter Body Literacy Immersion is Elena's in-person educational experience designed to give mothers and daughters the knowledge, language, and confidence to understand the female body together. This is not just a class. This is a living, breathing conversation between generations that most families never get to have, and one that changes everything when they do. If you have ever wished someone had taught you the truth about your body when you were young, or if you want your daughter to grow up knowing herself in a way you never did, this is where that begins. Over this immersive experience, you and your daughter will learn: - How the female body works, from anatomy and hormonal health to cycle patterns and biological markers explained in a way that is clear, age appropriate, and deeply empowering - How to observe and understand the body's natural signals as tools for health awareness and self trust - How to communicate confidently with healthcare providers and know when to ask questions - How to create an open, shame free language around the body that strengthens your relationship for life - Phase based strategies for nutrition, rest, movement, and emotional wellbeing at every stage of development - How to support each other through developmental transitions with knowledge, compassion, and confidence This space is designed for mothers and daughters who are ready to build something most families never have, a shared language of body wisdom, trust, and love that will carry your daughter through every season of her life.
